Patsy Browne-Hope

Patsy Browne-Hope is a Choreographer and Movement Director. She began her career as a Performer working with companies such as Protein Dance, Akram Khan, Royal Opera House, and Paramount Pictures. She now focuses on choreography, choosing to work across a variety of mediums including dance, theatre and film.

Choreographic credits include: Malice (Prime Video), Seraphina, Fortis(Birmingham Royal Ballet LEAP), All Hands!(A fully integrated BSL performance for the Nornen Project, Somerset), Cinderella (Derby Theatre). Her piece Seraphina for Birmingham Royal Ballet (LEAP) was invited to open up the company’s Triple Bill on the Birmingham Hippodrome Main Stage in 2022 and was invited back again in 2024 by Artistic Director Carlos Acosta.

In addition to this Patsy has choreographed several productions for Royal Birmingham Conservatoire including Spring Awakening, The Clockmakers Daughter and Urinetown and has also created work for Cahoots NI, MAC Belfast and The Birmingham REP. She recently collaborated with Restoke/National Theatre on The Lotus Eaters, Lynne Page/Thomas Herron for WWC24 at La Fira Barcelona and also works as an Intimacy Co-ordinator.
