About this Class

This will be an expansive class reaching for what feels good to the body. Dancers will be invited to warm into the space through slow grounding and an awareness of the spine, followed by gentle strength & conditioning, guided improv, and ensemble movement games for connection and play.

Choreography will explore musicality and precision within speed, striving to balance detailed, articulation within total freedom of movement. Dancers are welcome to bring pens and paper along to this session, and will be encouraged to reflect on the creative processes we explore, as well as a little self-enquiry around their own practice.

Booking Information

We have recently moved to a new booking system. As part of this change, from 1st April 2025, the first time you book a class or event you’ll need to register your account. If you’re a regular booker, you can register a new account with the same email as before. Don’t worry, it’s a one-time step.  Here you can fund the step-by-step instructions to do this.
