About this Class

Dynamic Floor are intermediate-level floorwork classes aiming to develop fluidity and movement rhythms.  We will work on the coordination and physicality of movements to understand how to organise our bodies to get in and out of the floor organically.  In this class we will aim to use our weight and momentum to move in an efficient-effortless way without disrupting the flow of movement.

Brum Pro Class:  high-quality dance class at a professional level

This class is ideal for anyone who considers themself a professional dance artist. Recent graduates and second or third-year vocational dance students who wants to continue their development outside of term-time training are also welcome. The tutor will be from the regional professional dance community.

Accessibility is important to us, and we offer an inclusive class adhering to individual needs.

Classes can be booked online up until 15 minutes after the class has started.  Spaces are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
