About this Class

Shelley Eva Haden’s classes focus on freedom and exhilaration for the mind and body. The session will open with a check-in, you will then seamlessly glide through the practice of meditation, improvisation, and contemporary techniques fused with conditioning for the dancer. Expect a vibrant, juicy and engaging class with top notch tunes, ‘air through the hair dancing’, and of course a check-out to bring you back to reality (after being lost in music).  Shelley aims to bring her recent influences into the space, she is currently rehearsal director and performer on tour with LDYB by Rhiannon Faith Company and therefore themes of care, compassion and community will be a threaded theme.

*This session will also provide a free creche zone (Shelley’s mum, a retired nanny will be in the space with Shelley’s baby, other babies are welcome to join the baby boogie corner!)

Brum Pro Class:  high-quality dance class at a professional level

This class is ideal for anyone who considers themself a professional dance artist. Recent graduates and second or third-year vocational dance students who wants to continue their development outside of term-time training are also welcome. The tutor will be from the regional professional dance community.

Accessibility is important to us, and we offer an inclusive class adhering to individual needs.

Classes can be booked online up until 15 minutes after the class has started.  Spaces are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
