About this Class

A fun and energetic class that starts by centering the mind before moving up to exploring the basic components of contact work. Open to all people, regardless of previous experience with contact, this class will allow you to engage at whatever level you feel most comfortable whilst being accompanied by funk, soul, and disco tracks to keep you smiling! Singing along is encouraged!

Brum Pro Class:  high-quality dance class at a professional level

This class is ideal for anyone who considers themself a professional dance artist. Recent graduates and second or third-year vocational dance students who wants to continue their development outside of term-time training are also welcome. The tutor will be from the regional professional dance community.

Accessibility is important to us, and we offer an inclusive class adhering to individual needs.

Classes can be booked online up until 15 minutes after the class has started.  Spaces are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
