About this Class

We will be exploring movement through various improvisation tasks to discover new pathways of moving. Starting with some crossings focussing on strength, conditioning and mobility, we will then work through tasks involving isolation, musicality, connection and letting go of habits.

Brum Pro Class:  high-quality dance class at a professional level

This class is ideal for anyone who considers themself a professional dance artist. Recent graduates and second or third-year vocational dance students who wants to continue their development outside of term-time training are also welcome. The tutor will be from the regional professional dance community.

Accessibility is important to us, and we offer an inclusive class adhering to individual needs.

Classes can be booked online up until 15 minutes after the class has started.  Spaces are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
