About the class

Expect a gentle, guided warm-up transitioning into a series of playful phrases exploring floor work and crossings. Phrases will focus on finding flow and encouraging individuality. The class aims to create a welcoming space in which movers can take or leave what they need to set them up for the day. Some imagery, perhaps a little game and a slightly folky playlist!
