About the class

DYNAMIC FLOOR are intermediate-level floorwork classes aiming to develop fluidity and movement rhythms. We will work on the coordination and physicality of movements to understand how to organise our bodies to get in and out of the floor organically. In this class we will aim to use our weight and momentum to move in an efficient-effortless way without
disrupting the flow of movement.
